Seabirds of Seal Island, 2022. Created in Collaboration with Friends of Maine Coastal Islands National Wildlife Refuge

  • My background in art and climate science reveals the need to collaborate and communicate creatively. My goal is to make climate and conservation education more interactive, not only to help people learn about the topics that interest or impact them but also to give them spaces to express what hopes, concerns, and actions their knowledge can inspire!

  • I work with a wide range of environmental nonprofits and businesses to share their mission with diverse audiences through artwork and education programs. I would love to bring this experience to your group through my services, including education events, workshops, and artwork commissions. By combining science data with art, I connect people to places that are important to them.

  • Collaborating with research teams through grants and commissions is critical to expand the boundaries of science communication. My work often falls within the “Outreach and Broader Impacts” of grants, such as those funded by the National Science Foundation. I want to help you share important scientific findings by creating a series of paintings or designing education and outreach events.

  • From 2019-2022, I collaborated with an international science team led by Dr. Laura Parducci. The team conducts paleo-ecology research and is based in Sweden, Norway, and Italy. I created five paintings to tell a story about their field research, including what they do in the field, how they use the data, and why that’s important today. Check out my gallery to learn more about these works, which are shown above.
